To pay your $300 CSB+SJU enrollment deposit by check, please fill out this short form and follow the instructions.

Additional enrollment information:

• This deposit is refundable until May 1.
• Paying your $300 deposit secures your offer of admission and scholarships at CSB+SJU.
• Remember that it is unethical to deposit at more than one institution according to the Statement of Principles of Good Practice (SPGP) put forth by the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC).

Once you have made a deposit at CSB+SJU, you (student) must notify each college or university that accepts you whether you are accepting or rejecting its offer. You should make these notifications as soon as you have made a final decision as to the college you wish to attend, but no later than May 1. The exception to this arises if you are put on a wait list by a college or university and are later admitted to that institution.
